I am sorry, there are not any rubber surrounds for this. Changing the surround material would have a major impact on the drivers specifications. They are different weights and very different pliability.

I am seeking to use this in a mobile audio install on the rear deck. I am seeking frequency response between 40-90hz in a sealed enclosure. I would be using two of them. What would be the smallest recommended enclosure size? Will 1 cu.ft. work?
These will work well in small sealed volumes. The ideal volume would be 1 cubic foot per woofer, but if you are asking about using both in that volume it will still work, you just need to have about a pound of stuffing for each. This will result in an F10 in the low 30's which can be the expected usable response in a vehicle.

How will HiVi D10.8 10" Poly Cone Woofer work in a two way system, 1.6 cu.ft. sealed enclosure crossed at 1.5K ,18 Db per Octive slope..?
Even though the published frequency response claims extension to 2,300 Hz, the frequency response graph shows a peak at about 600 and then it drops above that. This woofer will work best in a three way with a dedicated mid crossed around 300-500 Hz.

Would these be an exact replacement for the DYNAUDIO 30D100XL drivers? We need to replace four old woofers in two Dynaudio M3a three-way active studio monitors?

How would this do in a 1.4 to 1.5 foot sealed cabinet as far as freq response and sensitivity?
This will work well in that volume, reaching low 30's in room. Sensitivity will not change from what is published.
