Heavy Duty 12" Speaker Grill
I have existing screw holes for mounting a speaker grill. Their centers are 13 and 1/8" apart. What is the distance of the screw holes for the
mounting hardware with this grill?
This grill does not have mounting holes, does not include any mounting hardware, and would not be large enough to accommodate a speaker of the dimensions you mention. The hardware would be sold as a separate item, referenced below, as is a larger size grill.

The inside diameter of the mounting ring (solid black in the picture) is 11".

Enough clearance for 12" Ultimax?
Hi, I'm building a HT sub for a friend with a Dayton Ultimax driver. It looks like the surround on that thing sticks up a lot - would this fit properly?
Unfortunately no, we do not offer a grill that will have proper clearance for the Ultimax subwoofers.

Will this work with a Dayton DCS305-4?
Is this a good fit for the Dayton Audio DCS305-4 12" Classic Subwoofer 4 Ohm, or should I purchase the 15" version?
That grill will fit the DCS305 without a problem.

Will these work with a Dayton Audio PA310-8 12" woofer and 262-360 Clamp
I haven't decided yet whether to internally or externally mount the PA310-8. I would also like to use the Penn-Elcom G0727/NO Speaker Clamp (PE number 262-360). I don't see a spec on the thickness of the lip around this speaker grill. Will the clamps work with only the grill thickness if I internally mount the speaker? If I externally mount the speaker, the speaker spec says the height above the baffle will be 11 mm (0.433"). Adding the thickness of the speaker grill lip, will that be too high for the clamp? Is there space on the bottom side of the clamp to put a spacer if needed?
Yes this will work with the Dayton driver and those clamps.
