Hammond 1591ESBK ABS Project Box Black
How thick are the walls and lid of the box? (My panel mount hardware needs to fit.)
The walls are ribbed, at the thickest points they are approximately 0.125", and at the thinnest they are 0.080". The lid is going to be the same 0.080" material, with a raised area inside traversing the center of the lid between the middle screw holes. This area is not as heavy as the ribs in the box itself, however, I do not have a proper caliper to take accurate measurements on the lid due to its construction with a "lip" that fits inside the box.

Does it have standoffs on bottom to mount pcbs?
the width is a little too big, do you have anything similar about 7"-6.25" x 3" x 2"-3"?
This type of project box is designed for your PCB to slide into molded grooves end-to-end or side-to-side. A possible solution when I have used this enclosure in the past, drill holes into the bottom and align with mounting holes in PCB. Insert threaded 2-4mm(dia) and 4-6mm length from the bottom, add nut on inside then adjust for the height of PCB, add nut on top.Check the mfg spec sheet:http://www.hammondmfg.com/pdf/1591E.pdf
