GRS PZ1016 2" x 5" Piezo Horn Tweeter Similar to KSN1016A
What is the max continuous output of these horns when properly crossed over above 6k? How many would need to be vertically arrayed to reach 126db? Also what is the dispersion pattern? 90 X 40? Thanks

Piezo tweeters do not have impedance, they are capacitive.

Dose it matter what cone Material or tweeter type you use? Can you have different Material form the tweeter to the woofer?
The material used on a tweeter is commonly different from the woofer. each has a different job and in most cases each material is suited to the frequency range that the driver is supposed to reproduce.

no crossover needed?
is this true or is a simple crossover still recomended? is there an internal crossover in the tweeter itself?
A piezo tweeter has a very high impedance (resistance) at lower frequencies (it actually rises the lower the frequency), therefore is self-limiting with regard to low frequency energy; so yes, no crossover is required, nor is one found internally. A simple outboard capacitor may be used to raise the natural crossover determined by the driver's impedance, say, to make it seamlessly blend with an existing speaker system. Consult a capacitor/crossover chart to select a cap or just call PE tech support. I hope this helps...
