Can I remove the grill? Prior reply says "not designed to be removed." But can I remove it if I want to? (It looks like it could be popped out of the frame.)
The grills on these midranges are glued on so with the right technique they can be removed.

HI, PE. Will this midreange speaker fit into Cerwin Vega D9? Thank you
Unfortunately we do not have a cross reference available for this type of thing. This midrange will fit into a cutout that is 4-1/8" in diameter and will handle a low crossover point of 600 Hz or higher.

Sealed Back Replacement
Can you replace this sealed back midrange speaker in a vented cabinet with a non sealed unit such as a Dayton with similar specks?
If you replace a sealed back midrange with an open back speaker you will still have to create a chamber behind the driver to prevent the woofer from distorting the cone. You can use something as simple as a dixie cup glued behind the driver for this.

What size are the terminals?
I need to know whether they are 3/16, 1/4, etc so I can buy the right connectors.
The terminals on our current stock are 0.110" (negative) and 0.205" (positive). I've linked the appropriate connectors below for your convenience.
