Goldwood GW-212/4 12" OEM Woofer 4 Ohm
I want to build my own speaker system, 2 12" woofers,1 mid & 1 tweeter,w/ xovers 8ohms.Is it ok to use 2 of these 12"woofers (4ohms & 3.24cft ea) wired in series for 8 ohm load? what would u suggest as box dimension?whats smallest to sound good?
The smallest box I would recommend for a pair of these woofers would be 2 cubic feet heavily stuffed. This would provide an F3 of 64 Hz and F10 of 46 Hz. External dimensions for a box this size would be 40"H x 14"W x 8-3/4"D using 3/4" material.

Need help on crossover for 3-way MTM Tower
I've bought these to build a pair of 3-way MTM tower. using one of these on each side with 4ohm ring dome tweeter (recommend crossover for tweeter is 2.5 kHz) is there any assemble crossover I could use and which drivers for mid-range/mid-bass (dual 5" - 6" mid/bass)
Unfortunately none of our crossovers will work with 4 ohm tweeter or midrange loads. This is something that will probably have to be custom built.

would a speaker with two of these and the 270-300 horn and the 264-270 driver be ok in a box ported thats about 5.5cf? and do i need a crossover
I would not recommend these woofers for an application like this. You would be much better off using something like the Dayton Pro drivers below. You would need a crossover as well.

How to adapt to existing 12" hole?
I've got an existing 12.00 inch diameter hole and would like to use this driver. From the specs, it seems that an 11.00 to 11.25 inch hole is suitable for this (and most 12" drivers). Any suggestions on making or buying an adapter ring?
An adapter ring will need to be used however how this is done is up to the end user. Unfortunately we do not sell anything for this, however MDF or particle board works well.

Cutout size for front mounting
What is the cutout size for front mounting this speaker. My application is replacement for an Infinity SM122 with 10.5" cutout.
The cutout size for front mounting is actually the same as rear mounting in this case, it is 11".

want to use 2 per side in open baffle with 1 audio nirvana full range.want to stop everything above 200 hrtz. all 3 drivers wired for 4 ohms.
Since these are 4 ohm drivers they can be wired either to 2 ohm or 8 ohm. But not 4 ohm. Need to make that descission early when designing the passive 18dB per octave network at 200Hz (low pas AND high pass to the Audio Nirvana Driver). If I am not mistaken the Audio Nirvana Driver is 8 ohms? If so then this works great as then the sensitivity will be closer for all teh drivers. You may have to pad down the Audio Nirvana Driver by 3-5 dB with a shelving circuit (resistor in series and a resistor to ground) so the levels will be correct. You probably will need a high pass filter (subsonic) for the woofers as I do not believe the EBP (Efficency Bandwidth Product) of these drivers to be high enough for this application. Infinite baffle is a hard thing to do. Simple to build, but you need the right drivers, and a large baffle so they dont cancel themselves out. Good luck
