Gold Plated Banana 5-Way Speaker Wire Binding Post Terminal
Can I swap out the binding posts for RCA jacks?
Looking to replace the binding posts with RCA-CHRBjacks. Is this possible?
Can you swap in RCA jacks? Of course you can.Is the product intended to allow you to do so easily? Of course not. Will it work well? There is only one way to find out.If you just want a small plate upon which to mount your RCA jacks I would suggest that you fabricate something out of some scrap plastic or hard board. That way if it doesn't work out the way you want you can cut off another chunk and try again. These cost $3.50 a pop, and leave you little room for error. Plus, fabricating your own can be a true DIY endeavor, and with effort it will result in something nice looking and functional. Using this is most likely going to result in some half functional Franken-terminals.

What is the hole diameter or screw size?
I would like to know what screws to order with the terminal plate. Thank you.
The wire holes handle up to #10 guage stranded wire and the banana plugs are standard banana plug sized split for ring tightening.. I don't think anyone has ever measured them.

The distance between screw holes is 1-3/4" center to center.

What are the connection options opposite the bananas-those which would reside within the body of the cabinet?
The opposite side uses .205" terminals to either solder to, or connect with female solderless terminals.

What do you mean by 5-Way Speaker Wire Binding Post Term.... My spring clips broke on my Bose 101 and need replacement.. will these work, seem to be same size.thanks Francis
A 5 way binding post is a generic term and means these can usually accept 5 different types of wire connections: Bare wire, banana plugs, pin connectors, spades and ring terminals. These will work for replacing a spring loaded terminal without a problem, the dimensions are listed on the site.
