FiiO D03K Coaxial/Optical DAC Digital Analog Converter
I'm thinking of purchasing some dayton B652 AIR speakers connected to a PC, which have a freq response of 70-25,000 Hz, would this mean that using this DAC hinders my speakers capabilities since the freq resp on the DAC is only 20-20,000 Hz?
While this may be true theoretically, you will likely never hear anything above 20k anyway. Most people hit a brick wall at about 16-17k, so the extension listed for the B652-AIR or any speaker than extends beyond 20k is mainly for marketing purposes, whether it will actually reproduce those frequencies or not. I would not be worried about missing out on anything based purely on the published frequency responses for these devices.

Will this unit allow input of a single digital Chanel with corresponding output to only one analog Chanel or will it mix the single digital Chanel input to stereo analog output?
This will accept any PCM digital input and convert it to a stereo analog output.

Is there a headphone jack on this device?
No, there is only a 3.5mm fixed line output. The DAC below does have a variable headphone output.http://www.parts-express.com/dac-digital-to-analog-audio-converter-optical---coaxial---usb--180-998

How do you connect this to the digital source? I have an LG TV and the digital output is an odd shape, covered with clear plastic; it is not clear how to connect this to the TV. I wish to connect a sound bar.
It sounds like you are referring to a TOSLINK type of connection. That is an optical output. You would remove the cover on the D to A converter where it says OPTICAL IN, and insert a standard optical cable. If using a new cable, make sure that you remove any plastic covers that may be protecting the fiber optic tip.
