from Good value, but be careful...I've been using the Dayton XLR connectors for a number of years now. They are essentially the same as the Neutrik connectors they imitate. They seem to mate nicely with XLR connectors from other manufacturers. But be careful if you are using the Dayton XLRs with cable that has a small outside jacket diameter. The strain relief chuck on the Dayton XLRs doesn't like to grip small diameter wire jackets.I'd highly recommend checking the "grip" before you solder up a whole bunch of these connectors. You might want to build up the cable jacket with a bit of heat shrink tube.Or just use genuine Neutrik connectors, because they seem to grip smaller diameter cable better.

from Good Value-Could use some updating. These connectors are pretty good so far for a clone. This is coming from a dedicated Neutrik addict, and there is none better than they are. I attached these to some Mogami quad for pro audio. The boots don't thread very easily and be mindful of gun temperature when u are soldering or u will have a nice melted mass in short order. Time will tell how they fare in the rock world.
