Eminence Omega Pro-18A 18" Cast Frame Woofer Driver
I have a par of these in 4 ohm that I purchased from PE. I would like to build a pair of vented cabs for them. Hoping to build a cab with about 6.5 cubic' internal area. Would that be large enough for this driver and if so, what port size and depth?
These will work very well in that volume. I would recommend two 4" diameter ports that are 6" long for a tuning frequency of 34 Hz.

What gauge speaker wire should I use to connect the sub to the cabinet speaker terminal?
You wont need anything bigger than 14 gauge for connecting this woofer.

Would this woofer work in a HT set-up? What should i tune it at?
Not unless you plan on only using it for 30hz on up, as a PA sub it was not designed to play below that. The Dayton DCS450 is a much better choice for HT.

will this Eminence Omega Pro-18A 18 work with a swr big ben
In short - yes - it will work. The cut-out should be about the same, and the BigBen is deep enough to house it. However, the Eminence Omega Pro-18A is a substantially more powerful and more sensitive speaker than what comes in the BigBen stock. Also, you will find that this speaker will not playback the higher freq like the stock speaker. Since you haven't stipulated what amp you are using it with, or whether you are using it combined with other cabinets (for higher freq etc), it may be wiser to stick with a speaker closer to the original specs (approx 400W RMS@8ohm, 30-2500hz, 91-95db SPL)
