Eminence ASD1001 1" HF Titanium Horn Driver 1-3/8"-18 TPI
Need to replace KSN 1086 horn drivers. Will these work for me?
As long as the 1086 drivers used a standard 1-3/8" diameter mount these will work fine for that application. The ASD1001 will require some form of high pass filter unlike the piezo driver.

I replacing the woofers in my Behringer B215XL passive speakers. I'm choosing the Eminence Delta-Pro Woofer. While I'm in the speaker I thought about upgrading the horn drivers as well. Would these be a good match and would they be an upgrade?
These will technically work although they require a pretty high crossover point. I would recommend the Selenium D220Ti instead.http://www.parts-express.com/selenium-d220ti-1-titanium-horn-driver-8-ohm-1-3-8-18--264-270

Sorry, i am new to speakers. I want to build a portable boom box. Can this tweeter just screw onto this speaker? https://wholesale.parts-express.com/eminence-beta-8cx-8-coaxial-driver--290-500 So, I would just have 2 cutouts in my boom box for speakers?
Yes, this will screw right into the back of the beta CX speaker. This should work very well for you.

What is the voice coil diameter?
All 1 3/8" threaded drivers have a 1" throat. Please don't confuse that with the answer to my question.
The voice coil diameter on this driver is 1.33".

Are replacement diaphragms available for these drivers?
A replacement is not listed. However, it would be cheaper to replace the horn driver as diaphragms alone are $40. If you want to have the ability to replace - step up to the 2002
