An extension of the porting question. I could use an elbow, but do I measure the center line of the side of the elbow to get the proper length?

I have an existing enclosure at prox 1.5 cu. ft.. The recommended porting size is 3" x 11.75" and the enclosure is not deep enough. I want to do two ports at 2.125" but don't know how to figure the length for them. Help.
The two 2.125" ports would need to be the same 11.75" length in order to yield the same tuning frequency of 30 Hz. You could cut them back to 8" length each to raise the tuning frequency to 35 Hz.

Can a 900 Watt Pioneer 2 channel amp run 4 of these speakers?
As long as the amp is stable to 2 ohms on each channel in stereo mode, or 4 ohms in bridged mode this will work fine.

What amp should I get to power one of these?
This woofer will work with any amplifier that will produce 150-200 watts RMS at 4 ohms.
