For audio aplications?
Could this switch be used as an input selector for a passive preamplifier?
Yes, as long as you tie all of your grounds together and you keep it line level.

125VAC @ 11A? Is that right?
The other two options on here are 300mA
That is the correct maximum rating for the switch. The other switches are for low volt applications.

What is the overall dimensions of the switch ? What is the sliding pitch ??
The mounting plate measures approximately 34.50mm x 14.10mm. The side panels will be approximately 22.60mm x 8.30mm not including the terminals, or 16.00mm with the terminals included. Total height including the paddle will be approximately 29.00mm, and the paddle itself is approximately 13.00mm. I am unfortunately not completely clear as to what you mean by "sliding pitch," but the travel of the paddle will be approximately 4.20mm in either direction.
