Digital Multimeter DMM with Convenient Tilt Display
Digital Multimeter DMM with Convenient Tilt Display is rated 4.3333 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nearly Bomb proof meterI have bought 4 of these for commercial use of explosives. Mostly use continuity, voltage and resistance modes. Love the 9 volt battery as power source, pushes large resistance well in sub zero weather. They are safe and reliable. They handle dust and light rain well. In extreme heat the LCD will turn black until it cools down as with any other LCD. Always test the meter output before using on safety sensitive applications.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Bench DMMWhen working on a bench, this tilting display DMM is my favorite. I lay the meter flat on bench and tape the tilt display at 45-deg so it is always visible. It’s rubber feet and solid construction keep it stable while using one hand to select range. I prefer manual ranging 98% of the time because it is five times faster than auto ranging. Manual ranging is also less prone to reading error because I know what full scale should be. I have a 6.5-digit bench meter and verified measurement accuracy during the first year of use. Accuracy is better than specs, and has never drifted. Battery life is very good which is nice because I forget to turn it off at times. Don’t use the rubber protector. My first unit still works perfectly after three years of continuous use. When I noticed it is still available, I bought another as a backup. But I like it so much better than my prop-up DMMs that am now using both on the bench. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent MeterThis meter provides Resistance,Capacitance,Diode and Tansistor checker and 20 Amp current measurement for under $20.00,I say you can't beat that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great ValueWorks good, 20 amp max current draw is nice, most lower price units are only 10amps

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good meter for the priceThe only complaint I have is the continuity buzzer which is way too low to be heard in any environment. As far as accuracy is concerned it seems to be as accurate as my pocket Beckman which has always been pretty accurate. All in all a pretty good meter for the money

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very capable multi-meterThis is to be a handy multi-meter for general around the house applications. It has more features than I will ever use, but for the price why not? The ability to test transistors and capacitors would really have been useful a few years ago, but I don't do that anymore. If it remains reliable and functional for basic operation it will be a great buy. (This is a full size meter)
