Denovo Audio Knock-Down MDF 0.23 cu. ft. Mini Bookshelf Speaker Cabinet
When using the RS 150-8 6" driver what should my port size be?
I would recommend a 1.5" diameter, 4" long port for a tuning frequency of 60 Hz.

So you need to cut out holes in the baffle to fit the drivers??? Or its already pretty cut
Yes you will need to cut holes in the baffles for whichever drivers you choose.

As a first attempt at building a full range vented speaker for audio only, would this enclosure work for either the Tang Band W4-1320 or W5-1611? What size port tube should I use? I do have a subwoofer to complement these.
These will both work in that volume but of the two options the W4-1320SIF looks better. I would recommend a 1-1/2" diameter, 3" long port for a tuning frequency of 70 Hz.

What exactly is the finish on these cabinets? Or is there any finish at all? Can't quite tell from the pics. Is it just particle board finish?
These and all of our knock-down cabinets are bare MDF.
