Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crisp and Clear SoundI bought a pair of these caps to make sure that I don't go below the recommended frequency on a pair of replacement tweeters. Install was a snap, and they make the tweeters sound so pure. Good stuff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from dayton polypropelene capsGood quality caps, for the price they are hard to beat. Did not notice any sonic variations from other more expensive " botique caps".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement for Infinity Reference 2I needed 3.5uf for Infinity Reference 2. 3.3uf Daytons were plenty close for the job. Dayton caps sound great at a great price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PRoduct consistency is ExcellentI only needed 6 of these but, I bought 10 so that I can pick the ones closest to the values that I needed from the lot. Using DATS, I measure these and they were all measure within 1% of each other. Very happy with these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dayton CapJust soldered these in a few moments ago in series with my tweeters. Very much improvement was had over the stock electrolytics these now replace. Stereo imaging is much better with a bit of improvement in depth. Not to mention they are no longer harsh to my ears. A vast improvement over the electro's, and great detail, the speakers finally disappear in the room. These will surely not disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best cap for the price. This caps give you more than you spect for the price. Precise on the frequency cut, very good construction and very detail on the hi frequency. If you want something better you have to look on very expensive ones.

Dayton Audio DMPC-3.3 3.3uF 250V Polypropylene Capacitor

are these non-polarized? or is there a way to use polarized caps in place of non-polarized/bi-polar caps in a crossover?

Asked by: kwape
Yes these are non polarized. You do not want to use a polarized cap for a crossover application.
