Dayton Audio DMPC-15 15uF 250V Polypropylene Capacitor
Just received my shipment of an order of caps. In my error, I ordered 10uf instead of 15uf. What is the best way to do an exchange? Or if I use the 10's, what effect will that have on the crossover? These are on vintage Pioneer CS88's
You can contact our customer service departed if you would like to return them. The difference in value will depend on where the cap is in the system, unfortunately I cannot say when difference it will make. You can also order a pair of 5.1 uF caps and wire them in parallel with those 10's to make the proper value cap without spending money on shipping twice.

Using this capacitor with Dayton CE32A-8, where is this crossed?
I am planing to use the Dayton CE32A-8 and cross it pretty low. Will this capacitor cross the CE32A-8 around 900 Hz? Attempting to get rid of the bass and midrange frequencies.
Yes a 15 uF cap will cross this right around 1kHz.
