From the main screen, please select "tools" from the main toolbar.

Scroll down to the option entitled "Options".

Select the icon that is labeled "Privacy"

In the yellow box labeled "cookies" pleases click on the button labeled "exceptions"

In the provided space, type in without quotation "www.Parts-Express.com". Next click allow.

Once you click allow it should look exactly like this. Please ensure it says "www.Parts-Express.com" and "Allow". Now just click OK, Click OK again, and you are finished. You are now allowing any cookies from Parts Express. This does not allow all cookies from any other site.
