from Great RGB LED Value, You won't find betterJust tested these little suckers and they work great. I was a bit sceptical with the price (Since buying these from a major supplier would be more than twice the price without the resistors), but they all work, and well.Be aware that these are Common Cathode[CC] (Each LED shares a common grounding point). PE also sells Common Anode[CA] (Part # 073-112) if your project requires that instead. I just mention because a lot of Multiple LED Drivers require CA RGBs.To figure out which pin is which, find the longest pin. That is your common grounding point. The single pin next to it is the Red Anode and the other two are Green then Blue Anodes as you move away from it.Using a 12 VDC Supply:510Ω (Green-Brown-Black-Black-Thin Brown) Red Pin470Ω (Yellow-Purple-Black-Black-Thin Brown) Green & Blue PinsUsing a 5 VDC Supply:180Ω (Brown-Grey-Black-Black-Thin Brown) Red Pin100Ω (Brown-Black-Black-Black-Thin Brown)) Green & Blue PinsIf you are a more visual person, I have included a Pin Out and Wiring Diagram.NOTE: I notice that someone that bought the Common Anode LEDs had the green and blue pins reversed. Be sure to check your own LEDs before designing permanent parts to your circuit.
