Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dont use with 2013-present Accord base radiiI can only assume that the problem is integration with this series of radios, but after installing this LOC, every time i start the car, i got a womp womp humming sound out of the sub amp for 5-25 seconds at full power. My daughter started calling my car "megatron". As endearing as this is, it was quite embarrassing when a business colleague hitched a ride. Switching out for a Scosche unit with the exact same wiring solve the problem. It may work fine for your factory radio, didnt for mine. Cheers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was everything I was told it would be.I read a review in Audiophiles On A Budget tht told how to hook up a powered sub woffer to your stereo if you amp did not have a sub out. My wife kept complaining that the sub was always too loud and it was turned all the way down. I had it hooked into my tape out. Now I hook it into my channel B and the volume of my sub matches my speaker volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WORKED GREATUsed it to get Line Audio from a Stereo Receiver into a Dayton Audio APA-150 ( #300-812 ) Power Amp feeding Speakers throughout the House. Since it is off of Speaker level it has Audio from Digital inputs used on the Receiver. Thanks Parts Express for having Great Equipment and Superb Customer Support!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Axxess AX-ALOC608 2-Ch 80W Line Output ConverterI never knew a device like this was available! I have some large pro audio speakers I drive with my AV receiver. These speakers rolled off hard above 12khz, and wanted some tweeters to improve the overall sound. By splitting the amp output, sending directly to the big speakers and also to a dedicated tweeter amp through the Axxess AX-ALOC608 2-Ch 80W Line Output Converter, I have great flexibility and a nice improvement in sound. I couldn't have put it together without the Axxess Line Output Converter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice little product!Only reason I gave it 4 stars; my instructions labled the white wires as the 'left speaker' connections when, in fact, they are the right speaker connections! The 'grey speaker' connection instructions are backwards too. But, you can physically look at the unit and see this for easy correction! Maybe that is why the price is so good! Great buy for the money! The trim pots could offer a little better control #this is mostly true for output into high power amps#, but hey, what do you expect for the great low price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome concept!I used this in an unconventional way. I have a Lowrey home organ from the 70's, and I needed it to have a line out. The audio out from the built-in 1/4" jack hooks directly to the output of the 25W internal amp. I bought this hoping to convert the 25W output to a line level which could then be used with standard professional sound gear. With some modification of the input section and a 1/4" to RCA cable, it works! Could not be happier!

Axxess AX-ALOC608 2-Ch 80W Speaker to Line Level Output Converter

Can this device be used  to convert my tube integrated amplifier speaker outputs to  my SVS powered sub's 'low level' input thereby enabling the use of my subs 'high pass filter' & integral crossover without loss of functionality. Thanks!

Asked by: grouchy66
This will take any speaker level signal and knock it down to line level, but I would not recommend using it on a tube output stage. They generally are very specific on the load that can be placed on them and using anything but a speaker can damage the output transformer on some designs,

Asked by: Nani

When using this device with the "B" speaker output to provide a "preamp" line to my powered subwoofer, will the volume of the sub increase correspondingly with the volume out of the main speakers?

Asked by: Rodney500Mercer
Yes, the B speaker output is controlled in the same way as the A output.
