Axxess AALC 2-Ch Remote Level Controller

The Axxess AALC adds local, two-channel line-level control to remote or trunk mounted amplifiers. With it you can dial in just the right amount of sound, or bass, from the comfort of the driver's seat. Great for dialing in just the right amount of bass according to the music or for use in amplifier balancing. Gold-plated female RCA connectors are built onto 11" long input and output patch cables. Four mounting tabs are molded into the control unit housing for quick installation, then connect it between your head unit's line level output and your amplifier's line-level input. That's it! Works almost every receiver and amplifier on the market (including home audio components).

Axxess AALC 2-Ch Remote Level Controller is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not too bad!performs well, seems a little noisy for my application, which 99% of you wont notice. The left output comes in before the right at low volumes, but again, not a big deal. for the money, its a good buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good valueI bought this to go between my new TV and a sound bar that has no volume control. The TV's audio output is no controlled by the remote control, so this was an almost perfect solution at a low price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great for DIY ampI used these in my garage stereo set up by putting Fmod 70hz low pass Xovers on 2 channels of the TK2050 Class-T Digital Audio Amplifier Board and fed them to some closed enclosure woofer bins with Dayton classic 8" woofers in them and sent a full hz signal to some Tri Trix speakers in sealed enclosures and have the TriTrix on these Level Controllers for tone control since the TriTrix are more sensitive. I also have the incoming signal on one of these for volume control. Works GREAT!!

Axxess AALC 2-Ch Remote Level Controller

Can this product be used as an adjustable Line Level Attenuator to reduce Line Level voltage on a home stereo or car EQ?

Asked by: Pain for Fun 1980
Yes, that is an excellent application for this unit.

It says "11' long input and output cables" but I'm wondering if this means there is 11' of cord on both sides of the dial(~22' total), or just one side (11' total)

Asked by: JoeKewl
Each input or output lead is 11" long.

Could this be used as a volume control to have a second zone in a rv?

Asked by: Concours14
if you have a second amplifier, this can definitely be used that way.
