Aurum Cantus AC-250SW 10" Woofer
In terms of SQ, how does this compair to the AC-250F1 10in or the AC-300 12in?
Sound quality is completely subject to opinion, so unfortunately, this is not the type of question that we can answer with any degree of accuracy. You may prefer one kind of sound, I may prefer something different, and your neighbor may not be able to distinguish an appreciable difference between four different woofers.

will this product list work for a 2 way setup @2500hz and what would be the ohm load to my amplifier?

My guess is it would work, but be far from optimal. Most ribbons are lucky to get to 2.5kHz, and even though the spec sheet shows the 10" peaking at 3kHz, it's directivity will be beyond its pistonic range and beaming by that point. Most 10" drivers will not be able to handle wavelengths above 1.2kHz to 1.3kHz, and due to the driver being what it is, it will likely not even get that far.BTW- the manufacturer's pdf says this driver is 4 ohms, not 8 ohms, so that also puts a kink in the idea.

Specs show 8ohm and picture shows 4ohm which one is it
pdf also shows 4 ohm impedance spec, and that is from the manufacturer.

What size sealed box ?
Recommended sealed box for this woofer is 0.75 cubic feet with an F3 of 62 Hz and F10 of 36 Hz.
