Doe's this fit for Infinity floor standing replacement parts for ref 2000.5 ?
Unfortunately we have no reference guide as to what will fit certain speakers. You will have to compare the dimensions of this driver as listed in the product details online with the dimensions of the driver and cutout you are trying to replace.

I planning to use Aurum Cantus G2Si Ribbon Tweeterhttp://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=276-400
The highest recommended crossover frequency for the G2Si tweeter is 2,500 Hz so you cannot go any lower than this. The woofer will start to beam around 2,700 Hz, so an ideal crossover point would be between these two frequencies.

What crossover can you recommend, for 2 way system with this woofer?
There are many options that will work, we would need to know which tweeter is being used before we can help with a crossover.

What is the width across the flats?
The diameter across the flats is considered the "Overall diameter" in our description, and is 6-3/8". Across the outside of the mounting holes, the greatest diameter, will measure approximately 6-15/16".

Are these TS paramaters correct?
I suspect there may be a problem with the datasheet from Aurum Cantus on these... An older edition of the PE catalog http://www.partsexpress.com/catalog/pdf/203pec08.pdf lists one set of TS parameters for this speaker. The current PE description and the Aurum Cantus datasheet agree but list a different set of values from the ones in the older catalog. I have tried these speakers in both .75 and .38 ft^3 sealed boxes and I the response I am hearing seems to agree with the older PE catalog data.
The copy in our 2010 catalog was in error. The current catalog and web information is the correct information for this product.
