ART ProMIX 3-Channel Mic Mixer
ART ProMIX 3-Channel Mic Mixer is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for driving long mic cablesI bought two of these to let me run more mics in an overhead array on a high school stage. They work great driving the 150' long cabling to the jacks on the back wall where we put the sound board during shows. The exact same microphones phantom powered from the board sound like junk compared to the ones plugged into these mixers. I'm going to get 2 more of them just to clean up the signal, and also to free up two more XLR jacks on the stage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They perform as advertisedI bought two of these. The mic inputs have high gain and are low noise even when operating the power via the wall wart. Also it is convenient to know each mic channel is selectable to provide phantom power if your mic needs it. They are very convenient for those times when you need to be "compact" and "portable" and don't want to lug around your heavy duty mixer/amp/rack equipment just for those smaller gigs. The reason I bought these little mixers is to use them with my two Fishman SoloAmps (also a great product) for micing multiple musicians. I also run "jam" sessions and these mixers are great for micing multiple musicians. I recommend this mixer for anyone looking for a compact solution for mic mixing. If you decide to run these on battery power instead of the supplied wall wart, please note....The only drawback is the battery compartment. There are no mounting clamps to hold the batteries in place inside the unit. You just shove the batteries (two 9V) into the body of the unit after connecting the battery connectors. The loose batteries could possibly rattle and flop on top of the components mounted on the P/C board. A simple solution for the consumer would be to pack a little foam rubber around the batteries to hold them in the compartment tight. The compartment is just a piece of thin cardboard. Nothing in the operating instructions tells you how long the batteries last when powering the mixer.
