Can this be used to fix a crack in a powder coated aluminum cone of an audio-mobile MASS 2012 subwoofer?

Asked by: rhyno
Yes--But. Depends on the size of the crack and where it is. Generally, it's best to patch a crack with a piece of material like or the same as the speaker cone. A crack, rubs it's way to a scratchy sound. If you cant find an aluminum piece to patch it, try this product with a small sheet of THICK aluminum foil. The kind used in industrial work [kitchen supply/restaurant supply]. About 1" wide and 1" longer than the crack. Pre measure it--mix the two chemicals, then apply to the cone like a band aid--it dries fast. It will hold, but no way to tell how long.
