3.5mm Stereo Panel Mount Jack
3.5mm Stereo Panel Mount Jack is rated 4.375 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality - great connections!!This replaced a jack from R**** S**** that lasted about a week before I startd getting static and cutouts from one or both channels. This new jack is PERFECT! Not a stitch of (bad) noise even when plugging or unplugging the plug. Easy to solder and, although some reviewers complained about the short threads, I found them plenty long enough!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works fine in sealed enclosureWorks just fine electrically. I like that it is sealed compared to an open design if used in a sealed enclosure. There is not very much meat on the threaded area however.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed.Am actually using these for a DC power supply I'm building to use with my effects pedals. Seems to be working quite well for that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very durable. Big tabs to solder to.Very durable connection. Nice, big tabs to solder to. What else is there to say but it is a nice connector? No instructions on which tab correlates to which audio channel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy little jackThis is a good quality, sturdy jack. I only wish it had a few more threads of length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forgiving ComponentThis component allows some fiddling when soldering to the terminals. Many times I find cheap parts will not accommodate any bending or manipulation without breaking off. This part allowed me to splay out the terminals for soldering, then bend them back into final position with no metal fatigue (breakage). This is the difference between cheap parts and excellent components at a great price point.I used this part in my PortaPartty project that can be found in the project section under HOME AUDIO (sorry - I can't figure out how to link it...)

The long prong is ground/sleeve, the number 1 prong (silver) is for tip, and the number 2 prong (gold) is for ring.

Can you wire multiple headphone drivers to this using the standard + to + - to - for parallel and + to - to + to -
Asked by: William 67
This item is simply a connector to transfer signal from one kind of plug (3.5mm stereo) to any other device. One could certainly utilize it for delivering signal to headphone drivers, whether they be wired parallel, series, or otherwise.
