Wiring to head phone drivers?
Can you wire multiple headphone drivers to this using the standard + to + - to - for parallel and + to - to + to -
This item is simply a connector to transfer signal from one kind of plug (3.5mm stereo) to any other device. One could certainly utilize it for delivering signal to headphone drivers, whether they be wired parallel, series, or otherwise.

is the copper color red or ground?, long lead?
The #1 terminal (short silver) is Tip (left channel +), the #2 terminal (gold/copper) is Ring (right channel +), and the remaining terminal (long silver) is Sleeve (ground/common), in regard to standard TRS wiring.

What are the dimensions of this stereo receptacle?
Total body length including threads is 5/8", total length including threads and terminals is 27/32", thread length is 3/16", thread diameter (mounting hole) is 1/4", body diameter is 5/16".

What is the minimum and maximum mounting surface thickness?
The threaded shaft is approximately 3/16" long so this will ideally mount to a surface that is 1/8" or thinner.

I assume the flat silver connection on top is ground for both left and right, and the other two at for positive left and right wires.....
The long prong is ground/sleeve, the number 1 prong (silver) is for tip, and the number 2 prong (gold) is for ring.
