12 VDC 8.5A 100W Regulated Switching Power Supply
Should I put a fuse or some type protection between wall socket an the power supply if so what should I use a fuse or circuit breaker or power strip with surge protector
I'm building a amplifier and pre amplifier and i have been trying to use one dc output but get a hum i was wondering since this has 2 outputs would this work for my project or are the outputs connected inside the case to a single output.
Would it be possible to connect a 12V DC battery to this to power a Lepai amp? Looking to make a sealed portable boom box with a sub and a couple of full range speakers.
The 12 volt battery should be able to power the amp by itself. This power supply would connect to 110 volt AC, which would be the outlet in the home

I just ordered this power supply and it had no manual, or any diagram on how to wire it up. any help would be appreciated? thanks.
The terminals labeled L & N (AC) are for the power coming from the wall. This is where the power cord gets plugged into. The Ground terminal is to the right of those and will not be used with the included cords. The -V and +V terminals are the positive and negative outputs for the device you want to plug into this. The small potentiometer to the far right is how you adjust the output voltage. A volt meter will be required to verify the output is where you need it.
