Atlas Sound SD72W 8" 70V Dual Cone Speaker Assembly

Sound quality is adequate for an overhead system. Performed as required without incident. Time will tell on the endurance as they are in an in door pool room and high humidity will be taxing. I am very satisfied to date with the product and with Parts Express sales and shipping.

Although these speakers would be found in a restaurant or supermarket; I installed them in by bedroom and I must say, that I am pleased with them. Installation would have been easier if they were not going into a place where I replaced an old pair of inwalls. There is no wire tap on the audio-transformer for an 8-Ohm load"some modification", but they do have a warm pleasant sound.

I was amazed at the sound quality of these speakers at this price point. They'd easily compete with options at 2x the price or more. I had a client on a *tight* budget and went with these speakers to keep their costs down. After hearing them, this is my new default option on installs.
