Dayton SVC2 RCA Jack To S-Video Plug Converter

I have three of these because they're so useful. I watch Netflix through the SVIDEO output on my laptop in either my bedroom, living room, or in front of the exercise bike. I have composite video inputs in some of the displays, so I leave these in the cabinets beside them. I can use my computer or plug in something else-- I just reach for this adapter when I need it. The video quality is not perceptibly altered. It is as compact and sturdy as it looks.

I bought this because the TV that im currently using doesnt have a s-video out put so i wasnt able to hook up my laptop to watch all the movies i have on my hard drive. I bought this to fix the problem. It works great! No loss of video quality!

About a month ago, my DVD player broke. Not wanting to spend $40 to buy I new one, I decided to buy this to connect my laptop to my TV. Movies look great with this, and it is very easy to use.

The TV that I connect it to is a good old-fashioned tube TV, so text does not look on it. But this is due to the number of pixels on the television, not this product. I am just writing this inform that using this product to do normal computing on a tube television will not work out well (it is possible, but you would have to increase the size of all of fonts to be able to read)

Overall, it is a great product and does exactly what is supposed to.
