DISCONTINUED Vifa XT25TG30-04 1" Dual Concentric Dome Tweete

I tried them in a DR.K"S tower version i made with his crossovers.The Dayton tweeters sounded much better.These may be great tweeters like everybody said but they did not sound right with these crossovers designed for a 4ohm tweeter at about 1700. Guess i have to start from scratch or maybe the Dayton"s are that good,time will tell

Crystal clear, detailed and natural sound. I have it crossed 5k, first order.

Originally used the Dayton reference tweets, actively crossed over with the Dayton Reference 2in dome midrange at 2k, thought those tweets were a safe choice sense the rest of the system used the reference line drivers, however curiosity drove me to try this Vifa. The good things said about it are true, while not truly scientific, I had one channel using the Dayton and the other this Vifa, and immediately by switching back and forth, I preferred the Vifa for its more natural sound, even when driven hard it had less of a harsh sound then the Dayton.
