I built a PC for my home recording studio and this high quality jack installed perfectly in the front of my rack-mount case. No more 1/8" headphone adapters all the way in the back! It's long enough and threaded all the way to fit almost any application and being self enclosed unlike some other panel mount jacks, it's body is not bulky, saving space and making it easy to heat shrink the terminals. It feels well built and operates flawlessly.
