Item is poorly constructed, bars were bent and could not be aligned properly. Returned to Parts Express for refund. I would suggest they discontinue selling this product or find a better vendor/manufacturer.

This cover is solid. I wish it would be a little bigger and like said earlier if you have far moving subs they need to be flush mounted. I am overall happy with my purchase.
