EV EVX-155 15" Extended LF Speaker

My experience with EV speakers is that they only SEEM expensive. For sound quality, they are worth every penny. When you consider reliability and life-span, these get cheaper every day you use them. For severe professional abuse, I know of no other brand that can outperform EV speakers. While other guys are scrambling to replace blown speakers, crying because amps die on the gig, and swearing at beleaguered roadies, EV owners keep rockin !

Note to heavy metal guitarists: Consider using these 15 bass speakers instead of 12 guitar speakers. Why? Many metal-heads are using dropped tunings or seven string guitars that definitely reach down DEEP into the bass range. NOTHING is harder on a speaker than that square-wave distortion you constantly use. Combine square-wave distortion and low frequencies, and you have a real torture-test for loudspeakers., especially at the blistering SPL you crazy creatures crave.

Unless you enjoy replacing speakers and blowing up amps, use these.
