Surround Kit For Bose 901/802 Speakers

This is an excellent product for restoring your Bose 901's back to original specs and performance. The directions are specifically written for the Bose 4 1/2" HVC Driver. A lot of patience is required though so take your time. I did not remove the speakers from the cabinet so that saved a ton of time. One piece of advice... go to your local craft store and purchase a bottle of "Aleene's Original Tacky Glue". The glue supplied has a very long open time; the Aleene's sets up faster and is easier to work with. This is not an easy project to take on, but with a little patience it s well worth the time spent to enjoy a legendary loudspeaker again for the first time. Good Luck and happy listening.

It saves me hundreds of dollars on replacement

I was givin two Bose 802 speakers with the surronds copleatly rotted. no wonder they sounded so bad.the local speaker repair shop wanted a 125.00 apieace to fix them and I rememberd parts express had kits for them. bought two kits and followed the instructions very easy to use, but take your time. for less than the cost of them fixing one I fixed both.It took me about 4 hours per cab but they sound great.
