I have been designing, building, installing & running Pro Sound cabinets for 13 yrs using only Eminence products. I have had 1 failure in 13 yrs!
Under-powering a speaker is what blows them. If you wire & power an Eminence woofer as they recommend, they will run like the ever-ready bunny!

Great for loud vocals put in my truck with some eminence horns and you need them under the seat to calm the sound down running 100 watts alphasonik class a amp. very happy

If Eminence had a high failure rate I doubt seriously that world reknown Klipsch speakers would have been using them for decades!
