DISCONTINUED Dayton DVC385-PR 15" DVC Series Passive Radiato

I have used 4 of these 15" passive radiators in my 235 lb subwoofer with 2 15" high excursion 1000 watt spun aluminum custom built drivers. The bass extension is so extremely low and clean. For those expecting the best in your low end bass at both low and high volumes, the passive radiator is my choice of designs. This type of system is based on the early 1950's Hemholz Resonator theory and can acheive the bass you deserve. For the above poster, I beleive they are manufactured by Eminence loudspeakers, a quality loudspeaker manufacturer located in Eminence Kentucty, a USA manufacturing firm. Cudos to Parts Express for such a great product!

The online technical support that was provided by your "tech", Chris, in my selection of a 15" replacement passive radiator for my Klipsch Forte II was extremely helpful. The Dayton radiator was, as advised, a perfect match and fit. It is an improvement over the "OEM" both in performance and appearance. My only criticism of the product is that there is no designation anywhere from Dayton of the country of manufacturing origin. I choose to purchase domestic manufactured products whenever possible. Based on this first experience with Parts Express I will rely on there impeccable service for my future purchases for speaker building projects. It is always a pleasure to deal with a company that flawlessly delivers on their service.
