SOLD OUT!! Onkyo 3/8" Mylar Dome Tweeter 4 Ohm

I used this tweeter in a second project with a 2nd order crossover using a Dayton capacitor this did it. The tweeter was crisp, smooth and lost the harsh mylar dome sizzle.

This is a great tweeter that could be used for many applications. A bit challenging to mount, but once passed that and x-over double the fs of 4200hz for say 8k with the typical crisp and sharp mylar dome sound these are great for surround satellites.

If you can figure out a way to mount them and can live with a 8k or higher crossover(4k fs), these work well and are amazingly revealing. I've used them superglued to the front of a couple of inexpensive 3-way's and using metalized poly caps(Dayton 4.7uf) they're very fast given the cost. Yes, they don't have a flat response and they're almost impossible to flush mount but what did you pay? Fun to play with.
