Because we ship most orders the same day, orders are processed immediately. Once submitted, an order cannot be changed on our website. If you wish to add more items to your order, you will need to place a second order for the additional items. Shipping estimates are available on the first page of the checkout process in the shipping estimates section. Actual shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and are based on weight, destination, method, special packing, # of boxes, and special handling requirements. We will notify you in the event actual charges exceed estimated charges by greater than $10. We ship from Springboro, Ohio. Most orders placed by 4 P.M. EST are shipped same day. Orders for items in stock shipping via US Postal Service may ship out the same day or the next business day after your order is placed. FedEx can not ship to a PO Box. If you must have our order delivered to a PO Box, please select US Postal Priority Mail for your method of shipment.

We endeavor to have every item on this website in stock at all times. Items not available are conveniently backordered for you unless you instruct us not to. We will waive any additional shipping fee. Backorders are generally filled within 2 weeks. If we cannot fill the order within 90 days, we will cancel the backorder. Sorry, we cannot backorder parts shipping to International destinations. Please reorder when part arrives in stock. You may sign up at the product page to be notified via email when an item arrives in stock.
